What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the item, and we’ll replace or refund it right away.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Yes, we do! We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Please note that opened or used items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
